Abstract: This research aims to determine the influence of amil ethics, focus strategies and transformational leadership on organizational performance. Survey was conducted on National Zakat Board (BAZNAS) Province, District and City in Java Island, North Sumatra and Aceh Province. The purpose of this research is expected to help develop knowledge and solve problem on Amil Ethic implementation. The method of this research was explanatory research through questionnaires. The population and the sample of the study were 147 and 86 respectively. Data were analyzed by Multiple Regression Analysis. The study indicates that partially transformational leadership and focus strategies have a significant effect on organizational performance. Meanwhile amil ethic does not influence organizational performance. Simultaneously amil ethics, focus strategy and transformational leadership have significant effect on organizational performance

Abstract: Maximizing the wealth of shareholders through its financial prosperity is one of the most important objectives that finance managers globally seek to fulfill. Abstract: Background: Commercial banks have in the recent past been recording fluctuating profits. In the wake of the hitherto unstable profitability posted by these banks in Kenya, they have diversified their financial activities beyond the hitherto banking scope. Abstract: The main purpose of this study was to analyze socio-economic determinants and profitability of Binamasur-8 producing farmers in Magura, Faridpur, Pabna and Chapai Nawabganj districts of Bangladesh. This study was based on primary data which were collected from 160 Binamasur-8 producing farmers. In the sampled areas data were collected through pre-designed interview schedule from April-May, 2019. In the study, costs and return analysis were done on both cash cost and full cost basis for estimating profitability. The results showed that most of the farmers in the study area have primary level education (44.53%) and 73.13% of farmers solely engaged in Agriculture. Abstract: The article is based on outward foreign direct investment(OFDI) and the data in the period of 13 years from 2005 to 2018 to analyze the international division of labour according to the Global Value Chain (GVC) of 28 countries along the line "one belt – one road", as well as study positively the impacts of OFDI with various motivations on the increase of the host country's status in global value chain, and presents internal mechanisms. The results reveal that: OFDI heterogeneous motive has a positive influence on the position in the global value chain of all recipient countries in general and high income countries in this sample in particular. Abstract: In this paper, we investigate the long run relationship between financial development, export performance and economic growth, analyzing the data in the most efficient manner via panel unit root tests and panel cointegration analysisbased on the Autoregressive distributed lag (ARDL) approach of cointegration for the BRICS region covering the period of 1990-2017. In addition, we use the regression analysismethod based on instrumental variable analysis approach, popularly known as Hausman and Taylor estimators. The empirical results from both methods consistently provide a clear support for the hypothesis that there is a strong relationship between financial development, export performance and economic growth. The estimated results suggest that these variables, including the education level, play significant positive role in economic growth in the region.More importantly in the current situation, the way to accelerate the economic growth, as suggested by the results of the interacted variable, in the region seems to develop the financial system to support the export performance.
